If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later, the first night will be charged.
The first night may be charged at any time after booking.
In case of no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you need to change the date of your reservation please send an e-mail to lmmdhd@gmail.com indicating the date of your reservation as well as the new dates you want.
Only changes received by e-mail are accepted. Telephone contacts are not accepted for cancellation purposes.
Any change of dates depends on the availability of the rooms. For changes that are requested 7 or more days before the date of arrival, we will keep the deposit made by the guest of the first night, and we will send a new confirmation. Changes requested with less than 7 days notice require an additional 50% of your deposit made to guarantee your reservation.
Municipal taxes not included: From 01 March 2018 will be charged a nightly rate per night and per person over 13 years old from 2 euros to a maximum of 7 nights. This fee will be charged at the time of check-in.
For cancellations done less than 15 day(s), prior to arrival date, hour limit of 12:00 AM, the cancellation fee is 1 night(s).Prepayment: To confirm your reservation you must make a deposit of 100% of the first night value.
